Donations
All donations made to True Love Ministry are considered voluntary and are generally non-refundable.
If you believe a donation was made in error (such as an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will review the request and may issue a refund at our discretion.
Events, Registrations, or Services
If payment is made for an event, registration, or ministry-related service:

Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event date to be eligible for consideration.

No refunds may be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event.

If True Love Ministry cancels an event, a full refund will be issued.
Payment Processing (PayPal)
Some transactions are processed securely through PayPal.

Refunds for payments made via PayPal will be issued back to the original PayPal account used for the transaction.
